Clontarf is a high-amenity area with many restaurants and pubs within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance of Annagh House.

It is a coastal area with a Blue Flag beach (5 km long); 10 minutes walk from Annagh House.

There is a frequent bus service every 5 to 8 minutes to the city centre. The bus passes by Annagh House and bus stops are visible from the front door of the house.

There is also the beautiful St Anne’s Park with its Civic Award winning Rose Gardens. The park spans 270 acres of parkland, a walled garden, woodland paths, a sunken garden and many architectural features and water features.

Clontarf Castle Hotel is approximately 5 minutes drive from Annagh House.

Close proximity to the Central Remedial Clinic, Irish Wheelchair Association & Clontarf Orthopaedic Hospital. 

15mins to the M50 motorway easy access to arterial routes out of the city to Belfast, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, Wexford.
